You’re looking for a countryside campsite which values the simple pleasures of nature and friendliness?

Welcome to the Herrenhaus campsite in the village of Le Hohwald, at an altitude of 600 m. Ideally located in Alsace, halfway between Strasbourg and Colmar and just a short hop away from the Wine Route, the campsite is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet break in green surroundings.

The campsite is on the edge of a forest and has 87 pitches on land with both sunshine and shade, where you can relax after a brilliant day out visiting local sights, wine tasting or hiking.

The area is a hiker’s paradise, with a great choice of trails right next to the campsite, including two circuits for exploring the Andlau waterfall and a splendid walk up to the Champ du feu.

There is an area with tables all around it for enjoying a great evening together.

Sanitary facilities offer disabled access and include showers, toilets, sinks for washing dishes and clothes.

Campsite facilities also include a waste-disposal point for campervan chemical toilets.
